DESCRIPTION:A practical beginner's course for anyone who wants to get sta
 rted with LaTeX.\n\nLaTeX is a command based system which is known to cre
 ate nice-looking and well-structured documents. In addition\, the system
  has great support for mathematical expressions.\n\n\nThe University Libr
 ary now offers beginners' LaTeX courses for students and employees who w
 ant to get started with LaTeX. Since this course is a beginner's course
 \, no previous knowledge of LaTeX is necessary in order to participate. W
 e also have an advanced LaTeX course it is possible to sign up for once y
 ou have attended the beginners' course.\n\n\nThe course will start with a
  general introduction to LaTeX. You will also learn how to create a LaTeX
  document\, how to format your documents\, how to add text\, lists\, figu
 res\, tables and mathematical expressions.\n\n\nThe course is built aroun
 d practical examples which will be shown in Overleaf\, which every NTNU 
 student can use freely. Overleaf is a cloud tool\, and you do not need to
  install additional software to join the course. \n\n\nThe University Li
 brary's LaTeX course is digital\, and will be taught in The Virtual Libr
